教师 Accompanying 学生 (FAS) Grant

The 教师 Accompanying 学生 (FAS) Grant was created to support faculty 成员s 陪同 students to a professional conference or o的r professional event (e.g. competition, research 网站 to collect data, 等.).  These funds may be used by full-time faculty to cover 的ir transportation, 登记, 以及住宿费, when 陪同 students to a qualifying conference or event.  Preference will be given to faculty who are 陪同 students that have an active role (e.g. a student giving a conference presentation). 

The maximum award is $1,200 per faculty 成员 per academic year. Funds will be awarded until 的 $40,000 for annual funding for 的 FAS Grant program is exhausted. 

FAS拨款准则

1. Preference will be given to faculty who apply eight weeks in advance of 的 qualifying conference or event.  There is no limit as to how early a faculty 成员 may apply if 的 conference/event is within 的 same fiscal year.

5. 教职员工必须 full-time and 遵守 的 Student Travel Advisor’s Role and Responsibilities. 教师 成员 must share outcomes and/or “lessons learned” from experience with departmental or o的r faculty groups.
