Stephen Barela
Stephen Barela is a first-generation graduate, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, graduating cum laude from the 密歇根州立大学丹佛 商学院 in spring of 2021. Prior to becoming the Office Manager at the 密歇根州立大学丹佛 School of Hospitality in 2023, Stephen served as an intern at the Colorado Department of Transportation in the Office of Process Improvement, gaining a wealth of professional knowledge and skills. He prides himself as being an energetic and motivated life-long learner with over 16+ years of industry experience in operations and people management, 项目管理, 过程改进, training development and implementation and being a Prosci certified change management practitioner. Stephen is excited to expand upon his skill sets while working alongside a diverse team of industry professionals to create a lasting impact upon the future leaders of the 密歇根州立大学丹佛 School of Hospitality.
Johanna "Jo" Denne
Johanna “Jo” Denne is an 密歇根州立大学丹佛 undergrad alum and CU 丹佛 grad alum. She comes from production and quality management in the craft brewing industry and is a lover of all fermented beverages. When not on campus or seeing live music Jo enjoys suffering in the mountains by all means of human powered travel.
