- Do they show a commitment to DEI anywhere on their website?
- Read reviews of the company and visit their LinkedIn page.
- Does their staff appear diverse?

Update your resume/cover letter to help you 脱颖而出 among your competition to diverse and inclusive organizations. All of these may have components of promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Highlight any identity-based organizations or clubs you have been a part of or conferences you have attended.
- Were you involved in volunteering, committees, etc.?
- Do you speak more than one language?
